Investment Planning

Good investment planning can turn your goals from dreams into realities. This planning involves more than trying to pick the "right" investments. How you allocate your money among different types of investments can have a greater effect on investment success than the individual investments you choose. So, your first step in investing toward your goals is to work out an asset allocation for your investments.

Investment in Malaysia

The transformation of the Malaysia's economy from one based on primary commodities like tin, rubber and palm oil to a dynamic and vibrant industrializing nation is attributed to a variety of pull factors. Malaysia's political and economic stability, prudent and pragmatic investor friendly business policies, cost-productive workforce, a developed infrastructure comparable to that of any western country and a host of other amenities makes this country an enticing place for investors.

Multinational corporations from more than 40 countries have invested in over 5,000 companies in Malaysia 's manufacturing and related services sectors, encouraged by the country's pro-business environment. Malaysia today is one of the world's top locations for offshore manufacturing and service-based operations. Many of the existing foreign companies have also continued to show their confidence in the country's potentials as an investment location through their numerous expansions and diversification over the years, particularly in high technology projects.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger:

“Today, the world has lost one of the most influential and iconic figures in the music industry. From his performances with the Jackson 5, to the premiere of the ‘moonwalk’ and ‘Thriller,’ Michael was a pop phenomenon who never stopped pushing the envelope of creativity.

"Though there were serious questions about his personal life, Michael was undoubtedly a great entertainer and his popularity spanned generations and the globe. Maria and I join all Californians in expressing our shock and sadness over his death and our hearts go out the Jackson family, Michael’s children and to his fans worldwide.”

Rest in Peace Michael Jackson.
May God bless you.

Ipod touch is an ipod which almost alike to iphone besides for the lack of making calls and messaging, however this problem actually can be slightly been help by installing the application of skype and using email (though it's not as good as calls and sms =D ).

More ipod touch specification can go to:
http://support.apple.com/kb/SP496

and now apple able to unlock the bluetooth device which the 2nd gen of ipod touch suppose to have, but have to pay for approximately 9 dollar ++ (no idea on the exact amount in Malaysia).

Now, i would like to discuss about there's rumors on incoming new ipod touch on either August or September 2009. This probably due that the 1st gen of it being release on September 2007, the 2nd gen on September 2008. There's no doubt that apple will do it again on year 2009.

There are two rumors on how to new ipod touch 2009 will be look like:
This is from 3 exact sources from apple insider

it looks like the previous ipod touch but expect a large screen iPod touch device to be released with a 7 or 9 inch screen.

Another rumors is that:

The iPod Touch Nano features a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual dock connectors, and a host of colorful cases. Plus, there's also a removable game controller for when the accelerometer and touchscreen just aren't enough. There name this as Ipod Touch Nano.

Take note and leave a comment on any new news on this incoming device. =)

Last Saturday I went to Mid Valley with my girlfriend and happen to have an animal fair event in the south court if I'm not mistaken. Here are two pictures I would like to share as they are so cute.

A Meerkat

which also known to be:

"Timon" from Lion King.

and another:

A group of turtles lining up to the top of their fountain.

On Mother's Day together with my family we went for a buffet lunch in Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur to celebrate. The restaurant name is Lemon-Garden Cafe. This buffet offer Chinese, Malays, Indians, Western, Japanese and Italian Modern Cuisine etc. The chefs are very friendly and they prepare the food on the spot at an open kitchen. It named as Lemon-Garden since there is a small playground garden for adults and kids to enjoy their resting time while having their meal for digestion. Here are some pictures regarding my own experience in there.

Japanese: Oysters, Sashimi and Sushi (not really much choice)

Italian: Part of the food only including French Toast (nice), Pasta, Spaghetti etc.

Italian: Seriously, I dunno what are those called, some kind of raw vegetables, carrots maybe. =D

Slurpp, scallop crabmeat soup.

Deserts: As can be seen, the deserts are excellent. Ice-cream with a waiter serving (asking what kind of ice-cream you want), mango and strawberry pudding in a wine glass or tea cup, ice-kacang, cakes, kuih-muih, chocolates and last but not least, brown chocolate or white chocolate fountain with marshmallow and fruits.

The price is approximately RM88.00++, its quite costly but anyway it's still dining in a 5-star hotel.

It will be a great dining restaurant to enjoy your food with your love ones and family.
